All product designs, photographs, descriptions, logos and other website content are the property of SilverTouch Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without prior permission.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, billing address and delivery address.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation from SilverTouch Jewellery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be processed according to our refund or credit policy.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.

Sensitive payment information may be processed by authorised third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated at purchase. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, logistical disruptions or incorrect delivery information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Exchange & Return

Exchange and return requests are governed by our Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy. Eligible requests must meet the applicable timelines, product-condition, packaging and quality-inspection requirements.

All returned products are subject to inspection by our Quality Control (QC) team. A return or exchange will be processed only after the product passes QC inspection and the request is approved by SilverTouch Jewellery.

7. Warranty

Applicable products are covered by our 3-month colour warranty, subject to the terms specified in our Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy.

The warranty does not cover colour change, damage or deterioration caused by:

·        Daily use of perfumes or cosmetics.

·        Cleaning agents or chemicals.

·        Regular wear and tear.

·        Rough use or improper handling.

·        Accidental damage, scratches or breakage.

·        Water, chlorine, moisture or excessive exposure to sweat.

·        Improper storage or failure to follow jewellery care instructions.

·        Repairs, alterations or treatments performed by third parties.

The product must first be inspected and approved by our QC team before any warranty-related return or exchange is considered.

8. Jewellery Care

Customers should follow the jewellery care instructions provided by SilverTouch Jewellery and avoid direct or prolonged exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, chemicals, water and other substances that may affect the jewellery's appearance or finish.

9. Credit Notes

Where applicable, an approved return, exchange or warranty claim may be settled through a credit note in accordance with our applicable policy. Any credit note is subject to its stated validity period and usage conditions.

10. Customer Information & Privacy

Personal information provided while using our website or placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and use it for legitimate business and service-related purposes.

11. Website Content
